Refund Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing a service or digital product from LivGorgeous Financial Solutions.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, opened, accessed, or emailed, except where otherwise required by law.

Digital products include guides, e-books, workbooks, templates, checklists, courses, prerecorded training, and downloadable resources.

Professional Services

A service may be canceled before work begins by contacting us promptly at livgorgeous24@gmail.com.

Once an appointment has been scheduled, preparation has begun, records have been reviewed, customized work has started, or any portion of the service has been delivered, payments are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

A refund will not be issued because a client:

Changes their mind after work begins
Fails to provide required information
Misses an appointment
Does not complete required steps
Disagrees with a lawful tax result
Does not receive a desired business or financial outcome
Is not approved for an insurance or financial product

Rescheduling

Clients may request one appointment change by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment payment.

Service Limitations

Purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular tax refund, funding approval, business result, insurance approval, legal outcome, investment return, retirement result, or financial outcome.

Billing Errors

Suspected duplicate payments or billing errors should be reported within three business days by emailing livgorgeous24@gmail.com. Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded.
