All done-for-you service payments are non-refundable once the service has been started, prepared, or delivered.

Because these services are customized and require time, research, planning, and creation, refunds are not available once work has begun.
Deposits and Partial Payments
Deposits, retainers, and partial payments are non-refundable.
A deposit reserves your service, appointment, project time, or place in the schedule. Once payment is made, that time is held for you and cannot be guaranteed for another client.
If a remaining balance is due, services may not continue until the balance is paid.
Rescheduling Consulting Appointments
Clients may reschedule a consulting appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If proper notice is given, the appointment may be rescheduled one time.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the payment being forfeited.
No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

- Specific income results

Client results depend on many factors, including personal effort, credit history, financial profile, business structure, documentation, consistency, lender requirements, market conditions, and follow-through.
Refunds will not be issued because a client does not receive funding, increase their credit score, make a certain amount of money, or achieve a specific business or financial outcome.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, completing assigned steps, submitting required documents, following instructions, and taking action on the guidance provided.
Failure to complete required steps, provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions, or follow through with the strategy does not qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, please contact us within 3 business days at:
