Payments for financial consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled, prepared, started, or delivered.

Consulting services require time, preparation, research, strategy, and reserved appointment availability. For this reason, refunds are not provided once work has begun or the appointment has been scheduled.

Payments for business setup services are non-refundable once work has started.

Once preparation, research, filing support, document preparation, or setup guidance has started, payment becomes final.

Done-For-You Services

All done-for-you service payments are non-refundable once the service has been started, prepared, or delivered.

This includes:

Done-for-you digital product creation
Custom guide creation
Custom business documents
Custom templates
Business setup support
Strategy documents
Funding preparation documents
Credit dispute education documents
Custom consulting packages
Any personalized work created specifically for the client

Because these services are customized and require time, research, planning, and creation, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Deposits and Partial Payments

Deposits, retainers, and partial payments are non-refundable.

A deposit reserves your service, appointment, project time, or place in the schedule. Once payment is made, that time is held for you and cannot be guaranteed for another client.

If a remaining balance is due, services may not continue until the balance is paid.

Rescheduling Consulting Appointments

Clients may reschedule a consulting appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If proper notice is given, the appointment may be rescheduled one time.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the payment being forfeited.

No Guaranteed Results

LiveGorgeous Financial Solutions provides financial education, business consulting, and wealth-building guidance for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

Loan approval
Grant approval
Credit score increases
Business credit approval
Vendor account approval
Specific income results
Business success
Investment returns
Retirement results
Wealth-building outcomes
Any specific financial result

Client results depend on many factors, including personal effort, credit history, financial profile, business structure, documentation, consistency, lender requirements, market conditions, and follow-through.

Refunds will not be issued because a client does not receive funding, increase their credit score, make a certain amount of money, or achieve a specific business or financial outcome.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, completing assigned steps, submitting required documents, following instructions, and taking action on the guidance provided.

Failure to complete required steps, provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions, or follow through with the strategy does not qualify for a refund.

Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, please contact us within 3 business days at:

If a duplicate payment or billing mistake is confirmed, we will correct the issue or issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after a digital product has been delivered or accessed, or after a service has been scheduled, prepared, started, or completed, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery, access, client communication, work completed, and service fulfillment to the payment processor.
